During the last six years I’ve seen many people for issues that might be called “aspirational”. Some of these people had neither weight to lose nor bad habits to change. Some had an ideal to pursue or simply wished to understand themselves better. I’ve helped people to improve their concentration for semiprofessional golf, or improve dressage technique, or to achieve a perfect line for lawn bowling. Occasionally, I help a person to refocus and reenergise their lives. I’ve helped several people move forward after a time of change or even inertia.
