Exercise

Cliches are often well worn truths and a well worn truth is that we need to exercise. Exercise needs to be integrated into our weekly , if not, daily lives. We need not run marathons, but some can and do. A brisk walk, a steady jog, a bike ride, a swim. Any or all it doesn’t matter regardless of age. Beginning in moderation and through persistence and practice, exercise becomes enjoyable: rain or shine. When exercise becomes enjoyable and integrated into our lives, it assumes another dimension entirely. Exercise becomes a part of our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well being.
