Inspiration for Young Men.

A team of rowers recently completed a rowing journey across the Atlantic in just over 39 days. A remarkable feat of endurance and determination, it was over 3000 miles unsupported. One of the rowers lost his brother a decade ago. His brother took his life while suffering with depression. The row across the Atlantic, called “Row For James”, was not only a memorial to his brother but the row raises awareness of the extent of the problem of depression and suicide in society particularly among young men. Young men need to talk about their emotional issues. Money raised from the row will fund new crises centres in the UK.
