Maintaining and Sustaining.

Having helped a person change their behaviour, alleviate a distress or even change their lifestyle, I feel I have a further obligation as a therapist from the onset of therapy. People will notice and appreciate changes in the their lives over the course of three or four sessions but the goal is that the beneficial changes last not for days, weeks or months but years. The beneficial changes achieved during therapy should last for years. In many cases of people I’ve helped the changes are permanent and will last a lifetime. No more dieting. Healthy. Strong. Happy. Fulfilled. It’s all possible.
