A significant aspect of managing one’s weight is exercise. Eating healthy, avoiding habitual and excessive snacking, avoiding over eating are all widely understood as vital in managing one’s weight. This isn’t to suggest that the occasional treat isn’t possible. After all, Christmas, New Years, holidays, birthdays and anniversaries arrive every year. Moderation in all things except the determination to sustain weight management.
