Hypnotherapy is best described as the use of hypnosis combined with other techniques as a therapy for a range of emotional, psychological, anxiety-related or habitual problems, symptoms or conditions.

There are two different but complementary types of hypnotherapy that I use depending on the individual needs of each client:

Suggestion Therapy:

Also known as clinical hypnosis, this type of hypnotherapy uses a combination of hypnosis and hypnotic suggestion and is very successful at treating so-called minor conditions or for achieving short-term goals. This type of session is ideal to stop smoking. A few examples of minor problems that can be dealt with in just one or two sessions include nervousness before that important speech, exam or driving test nerves, fear of flying, etc.
