Elderly and Active.

Every week, I conduct a hypnotherapy session for elderly people. I meet with about half a dozen, mostly women, who need to sustain their confidence and determination to stay physically active and mobile. Considering some of the women are in their late 90s, one has to be impressed by their determination and their openness to achieving this with hypnotherapy.

The cliche remains true. Whether it’s mind or body “use it or lose it.” Be calm, be confident, be resolute and resilient. Walk. Choose the pace and the destination. Just walk. You’ll feel good and your body will appreciate the effort.
