Here we go! Many people I’ve seen recently are physically unwell. Viruses seem to be getting stronger and longer and it takes around three to five weeks to go through the whole process from start to finish. Nevertheless, I’ve been seeing people either to quit smoking or manage their weight. These are the perennial January issues after a month of indulgence is followed by a month of reflection.
